1. LNG storage tanks: LNG gasification stations need to store a large amount of liquefied natural gas, so storage tanks of appropriate size and safety performance are required. These tanks are usually designed with double walls, with an internal insulation layer to maintain a low temperature state, and equipped with safety valves and pressure sensors to ensure safe operation.
2. Pump and heating device: The LNG gasification process requires extracting liquefied natural gas and converting it into a gaseous state through heating. Therefore, the gasification station requires efficient and reliable pumps to provide the required liquid flow, and uses heating devices such as steam heaters or water bath heaters to provide a heat source to cause LNG to undergo phase change.
3. Burners and gas boilers: In some cases, in order to provide sufficient heat source for LNG gasification, the gasification station may require additional burners and gas boilers. These devices can burn natural gas and generate high-temperature heat sources for the LNG gasification process.
4. Measurement and control system: An effective measurement and control system is a key component of an LNG gasification station. They include liquid level sensors, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, and corresponding instruments and control equipment, used to monitor and control parameters such as liquid level, temperature, and pressure in LNG storage tanks.
5. Safety system: Due to the high pressure and flammability of liquefied natural gas, LNG gasification stations must be equipped with a complete safety system. This includes fire and explosion protection devices, leak detection and alarm systems, emergency cut-off devices, etc. to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
6. Waste gas treatment device: The waste gas generated during the LNG gasification process needs to be treated to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and emission standards. Waste gas treatment devices typically include waste gas processors, chimneys, and emission monitoring systems.
7. Automation control system: In order to achieve efficient and stable operation, LNG gasification stations usually use automation control systems. These systems can achieve monitoring and control of various equipment and process parameters, improving production efficiency and safety.
