It is reported that according to the ventilation work plan of Lhasa Warm Heart Company, Dagzê District gives priority to meeting the domestic gas and heating needs of local Targeted Poverty Alleviation relocated households and Changdu "Sanyan" relocated households. Wall mounted furnaces and gas facilities have been installed in more than 300 households of these two communities. In the next step, Lhasa Warm Heart Company will gradually provide gas and deliver it to residents for normal use according to the later gas demand of other communities in Dagzê District.

Natural gas is used for household life and heating, and the gas prices are implemented according to the gas price standards for urban residents. For disadvantaged groups (urban and rural subsistence allowances, households with five guarantees, and key beneficiaries), if the annual gas consumption of each household is within 600 cubic meters (including 600 cubic meters), free supply will be implemented; If the annual gas consumption of each household exceeds 600 cubic meters, the price of the excess shall be executed according to the gas price standard for urban residents.
